The 6th International Congress on Engineering and Life Science was held this year in Cyprus, hosted by University of Kyrenia.

The Congress, which featured over 250 papers from 29 countries, brought together many scientists from different regions in the fields of engineering and life sciences.

The program began with opening remarks by Congress President Assoc. Prof. Dr. Gizem KODAK and Congress General Coordinator Assoc. Prof. Dr. Adem Yavuz SÖNMEZ, followed by speeches from Munzur University Rector Prof. Dr. Kenan PEKER and Girne University Rector Prof. Dr. İlkay SALİHOĞLU.

The first session of the program featured presentations by Prof. Dr. Nüzhet DALFES and Prof. Dr. Sinan ÖZEREN from Istanbul Technical University; Prof. Dr. Ali GENCER from Ankara University; and Nobel Prize-winning scientist Prof. Dr. Geoffrey LEVERMORE from the University of Manchester. ICELIS 2025, which lasted three days, saw high participation with both physical and online presentations.
